Build Hope This Holiday Season
The BLOC Foundation provides pre-apprenticeship and workforce training programs that prepare women, veterans, formerly incarcerated adults, and young adults of color for high-demand careers in the construction trades. Through hands-on instruction, industry-recognized certifications, and comprehensive support services such as childcare, transportation, and career coaching, The Bloc Foundation equips participants with the skills and confidence to achieve long-term stability, independence, and success.
In 2025, we achieved;
- 85% Graduation Rate: Participants in our complete 16-week training program finish strong, equipped with skills, credentials, and confidence.
- 70% Job Placement Rate: Graduates move directly into building & construction trades, earning living wages and benefits.
- 100+ Trainees in 2025: More than one hundred women, young adults, and formerly incarcerated adults of color have completed our workforce development programs.
